Dr. Brent Jones has been a Germantown resident for ten years.  He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Iowa, and his Doctorate of Optometry from the Southern College of Optometry in 2002.  Prior to opening Jones Eyecare in 2008, Dr. Jones worked in private practice in the Memphis area and as an instructor at Southern College of Optometry. 

Dr. Jones successfully completed his Theraputic Optometry exam certifing him to diagnose and treat both vision and medical eye conditions, Including prescriptions for glasses and specialty contact lenses, refractive surgery consultations, cataract pre- and post-operative care,  the diagnosis and treatment of eye diseases and injuries, infections, diabetic eyecare, and glaucoma care.

Dr. Jones is a member of the American Optometric Association, the Tennessee Association of Optometric Physicians, and the West Tennessee Optometric Society.  Additionally, Dr. Jones is a member of the Germantown Chamber of Commerce, and a regular volunteer at Lausanne Collegate School.  He is married to Jennifer and has two children Sophie and Dylan.
