Michael Copple:  Our office manager.  Originally from the Peoria, IL area.  Michael is a recent transplant to the Germantown area most recently from the St Louis area where he worked in the eyecare field.   Prior to that position, Michael had been employed in the Chicago area as a patient advocate at a cancer treatment center. We are lucky to have a manager with such a varied and comprehensive background. Michael is the primary resource for all insurance billing questions,  but has the experience and knowledge to assist with any needs our patients may have.  

Courtney Avery, ABOC: Courtney, our Lead Optician, received his presigious national optician certification in 2011.  Courtney has been working in the eyecare field for more than ten years, and has gained a vast knowledge in all aspects of optical boutique dispensing,  Courtney is our resource for all questions regarding frames, prescription lens options, and all orders of prescription eyewear. 

Katie Fox:  A long time Germantown resident, is our front desk specialist.  Katie is our first point of contact both on the telephone and here in the office.  She is the primary staff member responsible for scheduling and obtaining insurance verifications.

Monica Fuller, CPC-A:  Monica is a recent graduate of a local medical coding and billing program which has given her a great breadth of knowledge to assist out patients with insurance filing.  When patients have finished the exam, Monica is the staff member most likely to evaluate the visit to ensure our patients' insurance benefits have been utilized correctly and optimally.

Kayla Owen: Although new to our office, Kayla is an experienced opthalmic professional with more than 5 years experience in medical pateint care, contact lens evaluation, and optical dispensing.  Most contact lens questions and orders will be managed by Kayla.  Kayla has also chosen to further her career by pursuing national certification.  We look forward to sharing in her success.
